Wouldn’t have been in New Zealand: we got the genuine article . A few people throw bow ties on them for novelty value, but they left the factory with a Holden badge like God intended.

I believe the Lumina was only a thing in ZA and the Middle East. However, New Zealand did get Chevrolet-badged Holdens once upon a time, in the form of the HQ-based Chevy 350.

Automaker naming schemes always find some way to confuse me. I didn’t know they called these things Luminas. Guess I was too distracted by the “Lumina” minivan that was sold alongside the Lumina car. And don’t get me started on the Lumina coupe that they called a “Monte Carlo”...
